I find that when I eat vegetarian style.....that I have more energy and can go forever.... red bull and coffee and just no fried stuff...
now I am eating fried stuff and whammo.....hits me like a ton of bricks and I am tired most of the day.....

illustrations for boeing and wsu back in KS, paperwork for my company now that im in sf had to go run boom mic for rabbit pictures this afternoon at some documentary shoot and just organizing some information for the lawyers to file and prepare for my grant applications. got a hare up my ass so i ran with it. i'll sleep so good when i finally crash though

tara i've also had what grass ick and plenty of natural smoothies made by my roommate so the diet isn't all that bad but when the going gets tough the tough get bad diet habits

u cant have that sugar/whiteflour/white anything if u dont want to crash... id even avoid hi glycemic fruits.. eve tho they are delicious :'(

when working long hours I often find that sticking a pen cap up my arse for a few minutes every hour or so is often all I need to keep me focused on the task at hand....

It isn't so hard for me since I have a sleeping disorder- I tend to find sleeping boring, like I am missing something. When I am working on a creative project I can work forever- the burning of my eyes is indication that it is time I wrap things up- then I lay in bed dreaming of what I will do next.
Sometimes most of my best work was created in a dream state lying in bed with one eye open.I only drink on cup of coffee a day- no soda, maybe icetea but mostly water.
