I want to keep my work synced on my hdd and the work server (2 copie). Are there any good applications that can do this for mac? freeware preferred?

iSync (parrt of dotMac), backup software like Retropect can do a scheduled Duplicate of changed files to the server. Must be others out there...

thanks ribit, but its not what im looking for. On my peecee, i have sw called SmartSync, it lets you choose what folders you want to sync and you can omit the folders you dont want to...most of the programs I am finding only sync 1 folder to another and doesn't give you the option to exclude folders and files during each sync.
