How to quit? I can't stand my employer, would like to tell him how it is, but still sound professional...Suggestions?

quit like i did right after christmas new years break. oh wait i was let go by the new owners. my company was sold and my employer didn't tell me so i was left with a months severance and no rights to any of my work for a portfolio. 5 years down the drain. don't let this happen to you.
kids just so no to secret buyouts

be a professional, then goto his house and tag up all over it!

so, tell him how it is, and sound professional—whats the trouble? Honesty is the best policy... no need to pull the punches if you’re leaving (if you see criticism as punches).

there are many things you can do to make a dramatic departure.
but... it's a small industry so be professional, never burn your bridges. what goes around comes around.

try this:
have a doctor write a note that states that the facial patterns of your employer cause a chemical imbalance in your brain which leads to nausea, vomiting, migraines
i think you get my point

he is a guy who does not take criticism well. and i like to keep him as a reference (for future employers down the line)...maybe i tell him i did not feel inspired in his environment..no creative input.

pour him a nice cup of coffee.
take it to him and just before handing it over hock a luggie in it.

i'd probably refrain from criticizing unless you have an exit interview where they ask why you're leaving.
then you can state positives about the new job without specifically stating negatives about the old.
