force div footer to bottom

  i think i have seen it somewhere... but how do i force a footr div to be at the bottom of the screen if the page is short and scrolling is not needed?

  put position attributes in it that say BOTTOM and not TOP?

  bottom:15px;

  will get you 15 pixels off the bottom...
