- BZZZP0
post it on craigs dude
- shellie0
why would you suggest craigslist? and get a bunch of shit responses? bah.. craigslist sucks for quality applicants.
- BZZZP0
so what do the sf elite, "high quality applicants" use, then?
- nick0
newstoday, apparently.
;)
- Donvitoviti0
it has nothing to do with elite, it has everything to do with quality.
there is just too much bad that comes from CL to bother sometimes.
It takes forever to sift through all the crap applications and it wastes way to much time.

Hey Donvitoviti,
How's it going? I have been trying to get in to EVB for an interview. Just got laid off from Grey, and am looking to start a new position as an Art Director/Interactive Designer with definite emphasis on Flash Animation/Design.
I spoke with Kenna, who is an online producer there. Also was told by a friend from Grey, that I should get in touch with Michelle Spear, the HR director. Can you help me out? Also, are these for freelance only positions? I ideally would love a full time gig, but am willing to freelance if there is potential for permanent position.
Please let me know. My online portfolio and resume are on my site.
Please email me asap if you can let me know!
Thanks,
Spencer

Oh, also, just so you know, a friend of mine who I used to work with, is friends with Kenna.

i'm just of the general opinion that it's ultimately best for the most people to see a given job... even if that means some who are under/mis-qualified for it apply...
and i think the people who have an actual problem with wide distribution for an ad are ones who have a problem standing out from the noise one expects from an ad on CL etc...

whatever you want to think bzzzp, have funin your own world
- Donvitoviti0
Please keep those type of posts to email shellin.
We will get back to you in due time.
- BZZZP0
what a coherent response, donv.
it totally brings across why you disagree.
- Donvitoviti0
man i love the ignore feature on NT
- BZZZP0
AAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAA that's priceless.
let's all learn a lesson from this and never point out donv's snide responses to him.
our animal noises upset the exalted.
- Donvitoviti0
actually i didnt ignore you man, just wanted to see how you would respond, and as pridected.. right on cue.
time to head home
- BZZZP0
awwww you played a little mindgame on NT.
that's so very crafty and foxish of you.
and as "predicted" i said said it was stupid.
yes, when you say on message boards that you're gonna do stupid things, you will find that people generally won't worry about whether you're -actually- playing a little ''game'' with them or just doing stupid hings -- and respond (as so insightfully predicted) as if you're ... just doing stupid things.
which, well, i could argue that playing little baiting mindgames on mboards is a stupid thing, but why bother, i bet you predicted i'd do that already.

holy shit, I just went blind looking at your site BZZZP.
http://www.bzzzp.net/index_pxlpw…there should be a caution warning for visitors before they enter.

shellin's really doing lots of name dropping. maybe that will get him in. :)
- chl0
Thought I would chime in a little here. I haven't really followed the thread, but I have talked to the crew at EVB plenty of times before. They are grade A, USDA certified rockstars. chl recommends EVB with very best regards.
- jevad0
heh - the chl seal of approval...that don't come light!
