Look!! NT did it!
Pat yourselves on the back, our multitude of comments and critiques paid off, and the Gap-esque PacSun site design has been updated/improved with something a little more "PacSun."You should all be proud!

Wow. I feel... powerful.
- grafholic0
whoa, so much better.
- jpea0
amazing. i didn't think NT actually accomplished anything.
looks better, but the nav still is a bit f*cked, but overall it's a lot cleaner and fits their brand better.

well fuck me
that menu type still looks a bit webdesign101 to me though....and there are links all over the shop....
- jevad0
and that shadow is hideous!
does anybody there actually know *anything* about aesthetics?
- usrper0
nobody mentioned anything about the logo being very ugly and that it is screwing everything?
- johndiggity0
so how should we split the $20 mill they owe us?
- bgheen0
Now if they change their name back to Pacific Sunwear I'll feel better.
Besides the fact that only tools wear their clothing...it sounds like a cereal now.
- jevad0
look - they spent so much money on teh site that they couldn't afford models:

Jevad, oh jevad yes we are brothers!
ROFL

" Besides the fact that only tools wear their clothing"
No, only tools *buy* their clothing from there and not a locally owned skateshop....
- bgheen0
Not true at all.
Every brand in that store sends them the shittiest of their line up.
Look at DC, Fox, Volcom..etc.
- jevad0
good point - but do they send them - ot do the pac sun buyers choose them? huh? hu? well?
- bgheen0
A bit of both I think. I'll send out a few emails and find out.
I've never seen the shit Volcom sells there *anywhere* else. I wonder if they really do have a PacSun/middleSchool line. Each company probably has some funny insider lingo for it "Lame yet makes a shit load of money."

I've gone in the PacSun stores in Rockford and Champaign Illinois.
Their Volcom jeans are totally bottom of the line. I have a pair I bought at a skateshop/thriftstore in Chicago that are tons better than any of the ones at PacSun. All the volcom shirts they sell are just big ugly logo t-shirts.

I think you are probably right.
You know what the funny/sad thing is...I have a $500 gift certificate to pac sun that my mother-in-law (bless her cotton socks) got me for xmas...and I can;t bring myself to use it....
- bgheen0
Jesus man...$500??
I would sell it on Ebay for $400 real money. I bet there is some middle schooler would be super happy to get it.
- jevad0
good idea
- bgheen0
imagine using that $400 on Amazon.
mmmm Amazon....

i'm glad to see they carry rainbows now. i always have trouble finding my size at most of the smaller store, and i vomitted on my last pair and they are ruined now.
