Anyone know of any good documentaries on cable/satellite this month?
Im not trying to start a debate on the validity of having a black history month, just looking for good documentaries. Thanks.

not a documentary but Comedy Central is playing Richord Pryor completely uncensored on Saturday at 1 am ("the secret stash")
i truly think that Richard Pryor holds a place in history.

I've grown to dislike Burns.
I saw his Jazz one, The Wild West one, and his Brooklyn Bridge one.
They're a bit sedate. And the narratives are all fluffy, melancholic and sentimental. Not to my taste IMHO

To kick off the BHM'05 I rented Catwoman starring the ONLY History making Black female Oscar winner (thus far) HALLE BERRY! Big mistake. There's a basketball scene that is un-watchable. You'll cringe with projected embarrassment. (apparently cats are quite good at the game) My BHM is ruined.
