BTW there was a clsssic tv action series from the 60's about a Polish spy in German army during WW2, Hans Kloss aka J-23. It's really fun to watch now.
Look for "Stawka Wieksza Niz Zycie" in p2p's. English subtitles are available.
There also were comic books..
Kloss says: "So, Witte's working for the Brits, I didn't expect that!"
