Contracts?

  Hello, Just been reading the cms site thread somewhere below and moth mentioned contracts. I am new to the design game. Could any one point me in the right direction to find out about contracts for design work.
  When i have worked as an illustrator (abeit with limited experience,) i have never had a contract, it seems to be all done on trust.
