so i have some art that i'm looking to get made into a tattoo. how do i do it? does the tattoo artist take a print-out of my artwork, then redraw it? or do i get that done beforehand elsewhere? thx!

dont worry, just bring a copy of the art your looking to get & about the size you want to ( to make things easier )
majority of tattoo shops have a transfer machine that will take your art and turn it into a transfer. making the artist able to put your original design straight on your arm without re-drawing it.

Also before the transfer machine the tattooist can enlarge, reduce or flip your images.
