if i change my computer or if i format my hardisk. my iTunes bought tunes will still work ?

yes.. if you back them up of course on DVD or another Hard Drive or something.
When you bring them back into iTunes you just have to athorize your iTunes is all to play them.
Also before you format.. remember to deathorize iTunes so you dont loose 1 of your 5 authorizations.

if i burn them as individual audi CD... is the authorization thing still there? or it become an audio cd like any other audio cd ?
