Ok. I have my first large scale site to quote. It has 20+ pages with a good deal of backend work for the client to access through a web based front end to update progress on homes being built. It also has a half-dozen plus questionairres. In addition they want some flash bang. I know its hard to quote w/o specific but if anyone has any ballparks that'd be cool. I know some of you'll will want to flame this so go ahead.

with no specifics, could go as low as 6k and as high as 12k usd... don't forget 50% down to make sure the client is serious

how much flash? how much php? etc etc.. how much design?.... how many images do you have to provide? what's their turn-around requirements?
need lots more info.

no specifics but ballpark for 20+ pages with a DB and some whizz-bang I wouldn't do for less than 12-15K

what's your hourly rate? just multipy it by hours you estimate, then add 20-30% on top. that's what i do.
