i had an interview with them like 3yrs ago or so. i thought they are cool guys. i know their team members changed a bit since then. they are always in search of good freelancers.
i know some people who worked there. i think it's a good company to work for and they do really good work.

I only go into detail on the projects/client because embedded inside of R/GA, nike has it's own team. I have never met with anyone outside of the nike faction.
