Wrong Email Dates

Having a problem with my email dates. My actual system date is fine but if I send and receive an email to myself, the date always says the day before.
I have used a couple of different outgoing mail servers to send, but it doesn't seem to make any difference.
I've also tried sending via gMail to my gMail account and it is still buggered up so it can't be my incoming POP server either. It must be my system somewhere.
I'm using Win XP Pro (no SP2)
Any help greatly appreciated.

have you checked your bios (system) time? or just your windows time?

Your time-zone may be set wrong.
In Windows, double-click your clock in the taskbar - timezone tab.

The time is set correctly in my BIOS as well as the windows settings.
This has got me really stumped.
