how can i get cash back with a credit card? like i know there is a way you can use your cc to get cash...but where and how?

ok. i'm a knob. but honestly, don't borrow money from your card unless you need it. most credit card companies willsend you 'checks' in the mail. they're blank and you can fill in the amount you want to yourself. the percentage rate is usually astronomical. 20% plus at least. most around 22-25.
if you don't have to borrow it from the card DON'T. you can go to a bank and take out a small loan, or, borrow against your home or car.

i get cash just like an atm but instead of the actual withdrawal, i receive an invoice by the end of the month at almost no percentage...!
apparently it doesnt work the same way over there. europe gave up checks like 20 years ago.
