there are websites with intros as the homepage. a skip intro button moves to the main page.
i'm interested in the ones where there is a flash intro inside of the main page that is optional to play but allows you access to the homepage at the same time.i need to report them on a proposal in my favor of using them as opposed to a separate intro page..
is that clear? i really appreciate any sites that come to mind.
thanks -

the problem with your idea or what you're looking for is that it will become bigger, filesize wise that is, that's why almost anyone seperates the intro from the main stuff. i've actually never seen one integrated.

for your consideration:
try incorporating the intro into the mainpage
(so the intro continues to play while the main page is there/acessible)
or have the intro "build" the main page -
and of course,
keep it short.

yes peteski, that is my intent
thanks, i think macromedia capped it off. i hate intros on sites that i visit every day and will use these to convince them to enter 2005
