can't be 1983. being a total nerd here but check the mac in the background (computer on the right). that's a mac plus or a mac plus ed or a mac 512ke aka ed. all those where released in 1986.

dude, he knows all the original apple guys. they where on the same uni (mit). he's actually the first one to charge money for software in a period when everyone was sharing software. he even wrote software for apple if i'm not mistaken.
