Hi,
i can't believe there's no DVD of Pink Floyd concerts out there!or maybe iam missing something... Am I ?
just found a video on the web of the song Comfortably Numb Live... this is the most beautiful thing i've seen/hear in a long time. I want more.

do you have title ?

The Delicate Sound of Thunder was a tour that they made a live CD for (I saw it back in '88 or so - simply amazing!!). Not sure if it has video, but I wouldn't doubt it or that it's been added by now.

Pink Floyd : Live In Pompeii is pretty wicked. There's no audience, but it's them playing in a n old stone amphitheater in Pompeii. With some weird visuals here and there. Check it out.

i've got the 'delicate sound of thunder live' video, from the momentary lapse tour...
absolutely amazing...
in my opinion, much better than the pulse video..which good, but not nearly as good as the delicate vid.
i've got the pompeii dvd as well, and it's amazing...
i'd love for them to release some more stuff on dvd...on another note...if i could recommend one thing, it would be nick mason's new book
'Inside Out - A Personal History of Pink Floyd
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obido…
there is just soooo much more to learn about the band than i ever thought possible...and i've been a fan for close to 20 years now..
nick mentions in the end of the book, that there is quite a bit of unreleased material from the last two albums...stuff that never made it ...and that at some point they'd be releasing it too..
man...
definitely my favourite band by a long shot..

Enter response: Definitely one of the best bands of all time. I saw 'Delicate Sound of Thunder' tour in three cities that summer. Awesome. I also thought it better than "Pulse", but not by much. I know 'D.S.of T.' was available in VHS but may not be on DVD. It's well worth it regardless... the giant mirror ball was spectacular.
Shine on....

saw them in 1995 on the last tour they did on US. Not bad, awefully high from the residual smoke at Three Rivers Stadium. They floated a big Pink Pig around.
