It's my understanding that Pentagram is a conglomeration of partners, rather than a entity itself, and the partners employee thier own staff under the pentagram umbrella.
So you would be working under a individual designer.

i worked for one of the partners in college. i think conceptually they are quite talented and have years of experience but i didnt really learn much. hope it helps.

don't get me wrong, pentagram are good (alan fletcher is my hero too) but i always thought peter saville stood for everything pentagram aren't - he got fired for not being able to fit into 9-5 corporate life *so they say*
