you can copy paste any photoshop color into dreamweaver - putting the # in front
doesn't have to be web safe

to be honest: i doubt that such projects lead to good results. it seems most of the people have nothing to say except "world peace" and "all the best" and "greetings to my friends".
another minus: the location should at least change.
also the people look pretty often like they didn't want to be photographed.
