Display Settings?

  I am tying to find a good - in between that is somewhere in the middle of a MAC and PC display color settings.

  I have calibrated, re-calibrated and schmalibrated - but get mixed results...

  QUESTION: Are there any good resources for display standards and settings that tend to make everyone (site visitors) happy?
