Designer Giveaways!!!

I'm sure a lot of you have been to tradeshows where you get tons of free crap (pens, tshirts, pads of paper, etc) ...well, we have a client that is looking something different and more interesting to give away at an upcoming large industry event. The item needs to be $4 or less and should be able to be "branded" with their logo, etc. Any ideas?

The $4 upper limit is kinda constricting as far as creativity goes, but here are some suggestions:
light bulb, mini plastic fan (battery-operated), chocolate, bottle of water, toolkit. Check out this toolkit for under $4.

clown nose. condom. trucker hat. rifle (w/out scope), 1 hand grenade. bananna. a fruit rollup. putter, mini hotdog package, white cotton panties (size small), black ski mask, propellor hat, shoe horn, gerbil, midget.
all under $4. i think.
