we have some weightlifting machines, lifecycles and treadmills in my apartment building. Sometimes I will mess with them while I am doing laundry. I always feel real good after I lift weights. My muscles feel real stretched out and shit. Ask Kona, he works out alot.

i havent started but i went and joined...i am actually gaining weight for the first time in my adult life so i figure i make it tuff looking. just have to find time and go do it.

I started after newyears. Well not so much wieghtlifting, more cycling (mag trainer) and eating a little better. I want to try and get into competative mountain biking this year so, I have a bit of work to do.

this time of the year the gym is always so crowded. by the end of the month it is back to normal. lots of new year's resolutions.
my routine is light upperbody, lots of reps, light by Danzig, Slayer, Mastodon, etc. something to make me angry.

that is exactly what the trainers explained...they also said monday nights are the most crowded being as most people feel guilty for their weekend habbits...but they explained by mid february its real empty.

I do about 50 push ups every other day along with some curls... oh and take my dog fer a run.
I always feel better after... gets rid of the stress.

joined a gym this time last year. Now I'm in decent shape (not fat) but I'm not built. Mainly because I just don't work out hard enough...
of late it's do pullups, think about using the rowing machine and then run a couple miles on the tredmill. Luckily my g-friend just joined so now I'll probably do better
