For a residential realty company.... Need to display homes and info that secretary can administered through a web admin- ie upload images and change content. Anyone know of something I can buy "off the shelf" that can accomplish this? I am a web designer, and have a little programming knowledge but not enought to develop yet.

Macromedia Contribute. If you use Dreamweaver, it's very easy to set up

just search for PHP and ASP templates

or hire a programmer, they're supposed to do that kind of work. And no, they aren't always that expensive.
I work with a programmer on both small and large projects and i love it!

Depending on how often and how many pages need doing I would also suggest looking into Macromedia Contribute

is one able to design web based admin screens using Contribute? Or is desktop only?
