iTunes apps?

I am looking for a 3rd party iTunes application that you can attach to your dock menu at the top of you desktop.
When a song changes from one to the next, it fades in over all opened windows and shows you the current track, album art, time, etc...
I can't remember the friggin' name, but it was cool.
Any help would be great.

Synergy has hotkeys and is completly worth the pocket change. A day doesn't go by I don't use it.
