How do you make flash files that are expandable to width and height of a browser (with the BG image expanding) but keep the content centered and same size?
To see what I mean, look at the Blind site on the left and reize the window.

I'd also make that BG vector based, produce it in Illy an export out as SWF or paste into Flash, use that, it'll stay vectorized.
