I do not charge my clients for my NT time, but I should considering this is therapy for me to deal with them. :P

well, I type/read/think really fast, so Im on NT while im working, throughout the day (among other sites) and work pretty seamlessly.

I'm always billing clients. When, I'm working contractually, freelance or licensing the use of music. Soon to be billing them for rent as well. Bingo finito! ;)
