yeah normally I don't get it at all - like getting back to hong kong for example I totally clicked into the timezone difference...but coming back across the international date line this way has thrown me for a six!
I have decided jsut to stab myself in the head with a fork every 10 mins....should keep me going till this afternoon...

try ginseng. haven't tried the real one yet (a root inside a bottle) but tasted the ginseng teabag, tastes not good, but i got this good effect drinking it, but of course won't substitute it for my black coffee

Whatever you do, don't drink Oregon Chai. Wayyyy too much sugar. I only drink Chai Guy or Morning glory. Super spicy, ALMOST like the real thing.
I have a friend who's Indian and she makes the best freakin' chai in the world.

Heh, we have a cafe in Seattle called "Coffee Messiah". Huge neon red cross outside and religious iconography all over the place. It's really dark and scary and I've never been. Walked by though. Scary people with tons of piercings. I know it's a cool spot though.
