ok this alarm has been going off since 12am....and its now 2:18.....I called 311.... to report a noise complaint.... normally that works and they tow the damn car......
I would like to do something "Jackass" worthy to the car.....any suggestions?

If its an older car – slam the tail light, cut the blinker and the break light cables, connect them to eachother. Watch out for electrocution.
That oughta shut it up.
