It be nice if i hovered over a topic in PVN and got a Hint that shows the whole topic.

Hm, perhaps. Maybe only if the topic is truncated, otherwise if it's on every single one it would get very annoying very quick, me thinks.
Then again, clicking on it isn't that big of a deal. :\
