I got an email from my domain provider saying that if I don't update my whois info with any changes that I could lose my domain. Why would I want anyone that goes to a website of mine knowing my address and personal info? Is there any way around this? PO Box?

I guess Dotster compared my address given with my credit card info to the whois info and sent me the email.
"Please remember that under the terms of your registration agreement, the
provision of false Whois information can be grounds for cancellation of your
domain name registration. "

my gf's home address is different than that of her credit card, which gets sent to her mothers home.
so you tell them to fuck off the info is correct because it is completely possible to have 2 addresses, that's why even when purchasing on amazon.com, you have two different form fields in case the addresses are different.
they are trying to muscle you so they can sell your info for $.
