Delaware?
any comments on Incorporating in the state of Delaware instead of Virginia or MD or anywhere else for that matter.
Probably initially will be LLC

I would just set it up as an LLC, like you said slinky. I have two LLC's in PA and they are fine. Cheap and easy to handle your taxes.

heee heee, nice. just get a local yocal lawyer to do it for you. might even be cheaper. Deleware is one of the cheapest I think. Maybe that's why all those CC companies operate out of it. State Taxes and such might be cheaper. Interesting though. good luck
