iTunes artwork script

Hey guys, hope you're having/have a rocker of a day.
I'm after a script for iTunes that will look in the folder a song is located in, and automatically attach whatever image is in that folder to the 'album artwork' in iTunes.
I've got covers for almost all of my albums in their respective folders (I own over 400, all of which are ripped and in iTunes) but it's going to take yonks to manually attach the artwork, and I'm sure there's a script to do just that out there, I just haven't been able to find it.

there are widgets from konfabulator [ www.konfabulator.com ] that will search amazon.com and find the correct artwork, then export it to a certain folder of your choice.
i found it handy because that way i didn't have to search for all the album art [ although there were more than a few cds that i have that amazon.com does not. ]
on the other hand, you already have all of your artwork it seems, so i don't know if this widget is for you.
