How come so many design agencies choose MT as a host? Why are they a better option than other services?

Who knows why people use them, I heard that they have good customer service so I went with them. But for fucks sake everyone don't put their logo on your site unless they are giving you free hosting or something.

hey but Nike (or any other) do put their logo on it themselves when i buy their shoes or anything.
Perhaps MediaTemple does the same?

the Surfstation Special! Put in surfstation as a coupon code and you get 50% off for whatever your order length is! So I paid for a full year in advance but I'm only paying half what I normally do. Once I got over the lump-sum hurdle, it was brilliant. TONS of features, beautiful control panel, and I called support because my order didn't quite go through? Took like 30 seconds and the dude was really friendly.
Highly recommended at this current price.

i use mt because their customer service is A+. after dealing with other not-so-hot hosting companies i was on the verge of breakdown when mt saved my hide.
