Is it legal to get naked on a beach in the US? I mean, any beach. Can you be arrested for that?

blaw, I meant to point it out that from a lot of people's point of view not being able to uncover boobies on the beach seems no less ridiculous and taking away some of your freedom. It's even worse because it's real. This new Mexican rule is just plain dumb and won't last or at least it won't spread, so this doesn't scare me.
For the record, I'm not being anti-american here. Well.. if I seem to be, it's only because I hate these little things that make your great country less pleasant to live in.
