anyone know anything about the process "distnoted" running on osx?
cant find any information on google wondering if it's fucking shit up.

distnoted is the distributed notifications server and provides distributed notification services. It's a unix executable and it is recommended you don't run it manually. I think it's necessary for mac osx and I doubt it's messing things up, although I can't be 100 percent on that...
