is $97 dollers worth sueing, has anyone ever gone thorugh this with a client , whats it cost to sue now a days....

you could check out small claims court, i think its $25 depending where you go. it won't be worth it if you want to make money, but it will set a standard for that client. they shouldn't be screwing you out of money, especially $97!

go to their office, pick things up like lamps etc and ask how much they cost. find a combination that equals roughly $97 and destroy them.

also make sure everything is documented in letter, email etc. so you have the records of contracts.
