at what point do you start to see the curvature of the earth??

i think we are talking miles/kilometres until you can notice a small curve in the surface of the earth.
btw.
i remember some building (this one?) initially being contracted by this BinLaden construction-company?

my photos from the top of the WTC have the earths curvature. I definately remember being able to to see the curve.
