Hey fifty....on 1024x768, you should always be able to see the first image in any project, and all others are accessible via "Page 1,2,3"
So we're not at all excluding people in that realm.
As for 800x600 users, 2 things. First, we'll be adding a basic HTML site for low-end users, but 2nd, the 32% that have 800x600 are not the people who will be hiring our studio.
If we were designing for mass consumption (many of our client sites for example), they are all built to 800x600 standard. For our site, we did have this as an alt option, but it doubled the work, and over 90% of people hiring us we believe will have a 1024x768 screen.
Hope we're not wrong, but we will give them the HTML site in the meantime.

I can tell you how to support 800x600 without doubling the work....lose the fackin' scrollbars...

im on 1280 X 960 and i dont like how the site scrolls horizontally.
the design is allright..
the dynamic-ness of the site is nice tho....

errgh, now you're doubling the work by creating 2 versions of the site. One HTML and one Flash. Plus, it's easier to design for 800x600 users at the start, then make sure the site still looks just as good, if not better, on bigger screens. You dont' want to burn your bridges with 32% of the world just because you don't THINK they'll use 800x600.

much has been adressed already in crit of your site so I'll keep to what's new:
Is there a reason (Mozilla Firefox 1.0 - Microsoft Windows 2000) that my close window (ctrl-W) would be disabled?
Was looking at the site and the boss came by :-) Not a fan of that if is intended...

sorry but the the little scroll arrows don't work for me at all. I'm on Safari 1.2.4
