i had this one job where my job title was "Production Artist". i didn't know that was the title they were gonna give me, but when i found out i expressed how i felt about being called a production artist to the creative director (in a subtle way) anyways, he changed my title to Designer and a little while later i got a 60% raise. maybe the changed job title gave more room for salary advancement? ya never know.

my business card says "internet solutions engineer".
i don't even know what that's supposed to mean.
in client meetins i'm often introduced as their "senior designer".
that's due to being the only designer.
