I've been using iWork and it's basically been a complete headache.
I have yet to find a decent invoicing/tracking application.
iWork is buggy and doesn't allow me to make custom invoice #s
and the UI design is awful

Keep track of everything in excel, using a calculator to add you vat and stuff (always double check!) then just create a nice invoice in Illustrator and change the applicable text, print, save as a sent invoice.... everybodys happy.
Saves buying a peice of software that only adds up your vat and ends up spitting out a shitty invoice!

I still can't find anything useful.
iWork/iBiz is a piece of shit.
I'm gonna ask for my money back.
Back to Illustrator it is . . .

Illustrator is the easiest way to go.

I use one Indesign doc for all my invoices for the year and export a pdf for each one, so easy, takes a second to verify everything with my calculator.

for efficiency and integration:
Filemaker.
for really slick invoices:
Indesign. (like me)
