NT super slow all of a sudden

OK, for some reason nt is loading super slow on firefox for me :(
but when i goto view nt with IE it loads up in like 2sec..wtf is wrong with my firefox :(

I have read on here that FF has issues with Flash, perhaps it has something to do with that?
