Anyone can point me in the right direction to a tutorial or src of how to produce a weather forecaster in flash..

sounds complicated... would rather use a feed from somewhere like weather.com and display the results in flash... any other suggestions anyone... pllllllleeeeeassssssseeee

why dont you use their 'Weather on your Site' set up then.
although its html you might be able to use that code and feed it into flash via php or some such

noticed that they use it on the roadrunners site.... http://www.rr.com/flash/index.cf… n they seem 2 feed from weather.com. I have seen this type of things executed without the need 2 purchase any web add-ons from them..

just realised that feed is just for the US... damn it! anyone know of any feeds for the UK?

Oh sorry, then go here http://www.xmethods.com/ and browse for a UK weather service.
Then simply replace the webservice call in the previous code and you will probably have to modify some of the XML node calls to harvest the info you need.
