sold a project?

    anyone ever been asked to sell one of their completed projects to someone else as a template or something? i have a guy that wants to purchase a site i, and tailor it to his needs for his product. it's not that wonderful of a site, but i guess kinda fits with what he's doing... anyone done it? what do you base the price on?
