I like the more detailed ones on the left. the middle girl is great too, but I think you might be getting too detailed on the hair ends, it ends up looking unnatural. These are tiny critiques, tho, overall you've got strong illustrator skills.

Is this vector?
I like the clothing & the poses of the first three on the left.
And I like everything about the female looking downwards.

the two on the left look like they got the most attention of their creator.

the two on the left are my favorite. for the two on the right i would say choose either all of nothing on the gradients, i don't think that little bit of white on the skin is helping you at all.
the one in the middle is sweet, the cloths and the hand look really good, the hair gets alittle crazy, and the black shadow in the hair might want to be a different shade then the neck.
something seems off about all of the teeth as well. not sure what.
but all in all great stuff.

in college a very wise illustration prof advised me to NEVER draw lines to indicate the spaces between teeth.
suggest teeth with just 2 or 3 spaces using some subtle tones, or better yet leave a flat white rack.
