Is there a way to remove the URL at the bottom, the page title from inside your title tag and the page number from printouts of web pages?

whiteout - or in IE if you go File> Page Setup you can type what you want to appear in the Header and Footer - but I think you have to type something to appear there or by default the addresss will appear.
