finally got my new place!
i want some critique on this deald.u.m.b.o brooklyn nyc.. bridge street.. i love the location
1400 sqfeet + 800 sqfeet terrace space .. duplex penthouse apt......
basically a loft but im gonna build walls and make it into a 3br .......
2 bathrooms..so i got this for 825k.
expensive, yes. but this will go up very soon i am sure so its also investmentanyone knows the area? the building?
