CODE HELP!

  Kay, I' not good at this at all, so any help would be great.

  If you highlight the content in the browser you'll see I have a few things that don't show up normally because I want the font color to all be white for the listed items, how can I change it so all items have that little black box as their own background. I was able to do it to the bottom two, nothing else.

  Any help?
