Wow, some popular ones were left out.
Cowboy Bebop: The music composed by the Seatbelts stands among the best ever of all of anime and probably traditional cinema as well. There are hours worth of musical enjoyment.
Pulp Fiction: you know it's all good. Cause it was a teenage wedding and the old folks wished them well.

"The Beach" also had a number of excellent techno/trance tracks tied in that were really memorable, like going into Thailand while Leftfield - Snakeblood played, or the theme song of Underworld- 8Ball, or the Soundtrack-only orbital song "Beached".
