This is the real West vs. East coast battle....
You already have bases of almost 3 feet of snow. You have things called bowls. We don't even know what a bowl is. You have powder and packed powder.....we have Frozen Granular.....in other words ice. Our parks dont open until Dec 15th. With maybe 1 trail. Although this year because of the mild weather... 55 degrees yesterday... they haven't been able to turn on the snow makers. No one in the West has even seen a snowmaker. You have 1/3-2/3rds of all your mountains open. We are still practically wearing shorts. Our mountains are 1200' in height and yours are over 12000'. You have restaurants in the middle of your mountains. The middle of your mountain is above where our mountain peaks. You have helicopters and snowmobiles and a state of the art system to help people that are injured. They hand us a bandaid and send us on our way. You have a wooden lodge with all the amenities a lodge should have. We have a tent. When you look off the mountain as far as the eye can see there is snow and more beautiful mountains. We see the concrete jungle.

I don't know what I would do above 1200' feet..... I would look down and probably faint....
12000' thats almost the height I jumped when I went skydiving...to think you Colorado folk have land at that height...

Don't hate my life in the sunshine. Dirt McGirt out hurr in Sin Sh*tty. A little snow in the surrounding areas, but nothing I care for. I prefer the Spring and Summer. Sweating like a pig while hiking in Red Rock or in Zion over in UT; trying to kill myself in the subway or the narrows and such.
May all the snow be yellow.

OMG eat it,. I'm east coast homegrown and I've had it shittyer then anyone of you little punks, unless you are from pei.... (one hill, 300 vertical) And it ain't gravey over on the West Coast either. And yes even whistler has a fleet of snow guns, and low and behold, the local mt's around Van won't be open untill mid Dec, so grow a set and deal....maybe you should appreciate what you have....
